WHO AE WE ?

We started in the Victor Valley in May, 1914, in a small school house; our first church was on the corner of 5th and B Street. We opened our second church on the corner of 5th and A Street in April, 1951. We moved to our present church in April, 1973 and completed our education wing in 1994. For more detailed information, please see our History.

The United Methodist Church of Victorville is a part of the Riverside District of the California-Pacific Conference of the United Methodist Church. The mission of the California-Pacific Conference is to give congregations direction so we may:
  • know Christ and make Christ known
  • affirm unity and honor diversity
  • build vital communities of faith
  • provide the highest quality ministry
  • share resources to realize our corporate goals, and celebrate our identity as United Methodists
