Upon Jesus' ascension, He gives to His disciples both in the past and present, the power and gift of the Holy Spirit. It becomes the disciple's job through love of others and obedience to God's word, to grow in the power and strength of the Holy Spirit, to become as transparent as possible, reflecting the Light of Jesus Christ. Each disciple needs to take the words of Jesus seriously, 'Fear not, for I am always with you. Believe in God and in me and we will come and dwell in you.' "
